They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 2 daughters. He lived in Attleboro, Bristol, Massachusetts, United States in 1855 and Massachusetts, United States in 1870. He died on 1 October 1889, in Pittsfield, Berkshire, Massachusetts, United States, at the age of 85, and was buried in Pittsfield, Berkshire, Massachusetts, United States.
