When Mary Cornish was born on 12 June 1757, in Simsbury, Hartford, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America, her father, Lt Joseph C Cornish, was 28 and her mother, Elisabeth Morton, was 24. She married Deacon Artemus Brigham on 23 December 1778. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 6 daughters. She died in 1846, at the age of 89.
