Domenico DeGiuli was born on 16 March 1844, in Castro dei Volsci, Frosinone, Lazio, Italy as the son of Francesco Antonio DeGiuli and Elisabetta Maria Giovanna Rossi. He married Anna Teresa DeGiuli on 19 February 1868, in Castro dei Volsci, Frosinone, Lazio, Italy. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 2 March 1935, at the age of 90.
