Brief Life History of Valgerður
When Valgerður Valdadóttir was born on 11 November 1771, in Holt Undir Eyjafjollum, Rangárvallasýsla, Southern, Iceland, her father, Valdi Ketilsson, was 45 and her mother, Katrín Þórðardóttir, was 39. She lived in Rangárvallasýsla, Southern, Iceland in 1835. She died on 4 December 1842, at the age of 71.
