When Elisabetha Catharina Rothenhäuser was born on 26 May 1754, in Groß-Bieberau, Kreis Dieburg, Grand Duchy of Hesse, German Empire, her father, Johann Georg Rothenhäuser, was 26 and her mother, Maria Catharina Weber, was 22. She married Johann Daniel Daab on 27 June 1775, in Groß-Bieberau, Darmstadt-Dieburg, Hesse, Germany. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 22 November 1819, in her hometown, at the age of 65.
