When Elisabetha Catharina Rothenhäuser was born on 26 May 1754, in Groß-Bieberau, Dieburg, Grand Duchy of Hesse, her father, Johann Georg Rothenhäuser, was 26 and her mother, Maria Catharina Weber, was 22. She married Johann Daniel Daab on 27 June 1775, in Groß-Bieberau, Darmstadt-Dieburg, Hesse, Germany. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 22 November 1819, in her hometown, at the age of 65, and was buried in Groß-Bieberau, Starkenburg, Grand Duchy of Hesse.
