When Taupa Fehoko was born about 1877, in Lautoka, Western, Fiji, his father, Fehoko, was 33 and his mother, Mrs Fehoko, was 24. He married Tuutanga in 1909. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 11 August 1946, in Kolonga, Tongatapu, Tonga, at the age of 70, and was buried in Tonga.
