Maren Hansdatter was born about 1717, in Bjergby, Åstrup, Denmark. She married Jens Jensen on 4 October 1750, in Bjergby, Vennebjerg, Hjørring, Denmark. They were the parents of at least 2 sons. She died on 27 June 1797, in Tornby, Åstrup, Denmark, at the age of 81.
