Maria Magdalena Stotzel was born on 6 September 1761, in Reimerswiller, Bas-Rhin, France as the daughter of Hannss Georg Stotzel and Maria Magdalena Zimmerin. She married Georg Jakob Kochersperger II on 24 February 1789, in Betschdorf, Bas-Rhin, France. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 7 daughters. She died after 1830, in Sullivan, Pennsylvania, United States.
