His first-born was born in Acton, Ontario, second in Saginaw, MI, third in Ypsilanti, MI, fourth in Boyd County, KY. Of the children in the second marriage, the first four were born in Jewell County, KS and the fifth in Crawford County, Arkansas. Married twice to two sisters, daughters of Rev. Zenas Adams and Ruth Fellows: FIRST MARRIAGE = Harriet Electa Adams (Dec. 22, 1939-Sept. 17, 1871) on Dec. 27, 1859 in Acton, Ontario, Canada. She likely died in Nebraska. They had four children. 1. Being a monumental event in the Texas Revolution, The Battle of the Alamo was a thirteen-day battle at the Alamo Mission near San Antonio. In the early morning of the final battle, the Mexican Army advanced on the Alamo. Quickly being overrun, the Texian Soldiers quickly withdrew inside the building.
