He lived in Allegheny Township, Venango, Pennsylvania, United States in 1860. He died on 13 December 1876, in Ashtabula, Ohio, United States, at the age of 89, and was buried in Lake Road Cemetery, North Kingsville Village, Ashtabula, Ohio, United States.
