When Charlotte Isabella Forster was born about 1770, in Tullaghan, County Monaghan, Ireland, her father, John Forster, was 24 and her mother, Sophia Wynch, was 17. She married Alexander Montgomery on 12 June 1827, in Phillipstown Manor, County Carlow, Ireland. She died on 1 July 1840, at the age of 71.
