He married María Cathalina Erdocia Urquizu on 20 April 1729, in Etxarri Aranatz, Nafarroa, Spain. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 2 daughters. He died on 3 May 1771, in Etxarri Aranatz, Nafarroa, Spain, at the age of 65.
