When Daniel Perry Bradley was born on 28 February 1829, in New Hampshire, United States, his father, Lemuel Harnden Bradley, was 47 and his mother, Catherine Waite, was 44. He married Olive Marie Cardinal on 15 October 1850, in Genoa, DeKalb, Illinois, United States. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 4 daughters. He lived in Porter, Niagara, New York, United States in 1860 and Wilson, Wilson, Niagara, New York, United States for about 5 years. He died on 11 September 1892, at the age of 63, and was buried in Robbins Cemetery, Yankee Springs Township, Barry, Michigan, United States.

1830 · The Second Great Awakening

Being a second spiritual and religious awakening, like the First Great Awakening, many Churches began to spring up from other denominations. Many people began to rapidly join the Baptist and Methodist congregations. Many converts to these religions believed that the Awakening was the precursor of a new millennial age.
