María Cathalina Garciandía Murguía was born in 1736, in Etxarri Aranatz, Nafarroa, Spain as the daughter of NICOLAS GARCIANDIA AGUIRRE and María Jossepha de Murguía. She married Pedro Francisco Artieda Ulayar on 15 February 1757, in Santa María, Etxarri Aranatz, Nafarroa, Spain. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 21 April 1802, in Etxarri Aranatz, Nafarroa, Spain, at the age of 66.
