Francisca Lizarraga Arana was born in Arbizu, Nafarroa, Spain as the daughter of Bernardo Lizarraga Arbizu and Maria Catalina Arana Lazcoz. She married Joseph Thomas Armendáriz Echarri about 1782, in Arbizu, Nafarroa, Spain. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters. She died in September 1834, in Etxarri Aranatz, Nafarroa, Spain.
