He lived in Pettis, Missouri, United States in 1880 and Georgetown, Pettis, Missouri, United States in 1880. He died on 20 January 1892, in Mound City Township, Linn, Kansas, United States, at the age of 79, and was buried in Knob Noster, Johnson, Missouri, United States.

1818 · Jackson Purchase

The western part of Kentucky purchased by Andrew Jackson from the Chickasaw Indians in 1818. It became known as the Jackson Purchase. This included land that wasn't originally part of Kentucky when it became a state.
