When Abraham Diener was christened on 25 December 1700, in Fischenthal, Zürich, Switzerland, his father, Hans Jacob Diener, was 35 and his mother, Barbara Schöenberger, was 33. He married Anna Zuppinger on 8 October 1726. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died on 27 April 1766, at the age of 65, and was buried in Schmittenbach, Fischenthal, Zürich, Switzerland.
