When Ingeborg Birgithe Monsen was born on 29 February 1844, in Aust-Agder, Norway, her father, Mogen Halvorsen Wrengen, was 25 and her mother, Sille Karine Johnsdr, was 32. She married Lars Christian Knudsen on 1 March 1876. They were the parents of at least 1 son. She lived in Øyestad, Aust-Agder, Norway in 1865. She died on 27 May 1922, at the age of 78.
