Cummings Dies In Upalco Funeral services were held Monday in Upalco chapel, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, for Fredrick Cyrus Cummings, 80, who died Friday at his home after an illness. Mr. Cummings was born May 24, 1876, in Alma, Mich., to Joseph Freeman and Katherine Russell Cummings. He was married to Amanda Peterson in Fillmore in 1900. He is survived by his wife; a son, Floyd of Upalco; three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Clara Shields, and a brother, William E., both of Fillmore. Burial was in Upalco Cemetery under the direction of Olpin Mortuary.
