Karen Olsdotter was born about 1776, in Brålanda, Älvsborg, Sweden as the daughter of Olof Olofsson and Catharina Mansdotter. She married Samuel Svensson Dahllöf in 1802, in Brålanda, Älvsborg, Sweden. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 2 daughters. She died on 30 May 1819, in her hometown, at the age of 44.
