She married Charles Leander Millermon on 27 February 1855, in Holt, Missouri, United States. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 5 daughters. She lived in Kansas, United States in 1870 and Doniphan, Doniphan, Kansas, United States in 1875. She died on 1 June 1878, in Wolf River Township, Doniphan, Kansas, United States, at the age of 51, and was buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Severance, Doniphan, Kansas, United States.

1830 · The Second Great Awakening

Being a second spiritual and religious awakening, like the First Great Awakening, many Churches began to spring up from other denominations. Many people began to rapidly join the Baptist and Methodist congregations. Many converts to these religions believed that the Awakening was the precursor of a new millennial age.
