She married Prince Charles Louis Von der Pfalz Elector Palatine on 6 January 1658, in Schwetzingen, Rhein-Neckar-Kreis, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. They were the parents of at least 8 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 18 March 1677, in Schloss Friedrichsburg, Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, at the age of 42, and was buried in Landkreis Mannheim, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
