When Margaret Keeney was born in 1756, her father, Simon Keeney, was 19 and her mother, Margaret Keeney, was 17. She married Sgt. Samuel Webster on 24 January 1775, in Manchester, Hartford, Connecticut, United States. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 20 May 1839, at the age of 83, and was buried in Keeney Settlement Cemetery, Fabius, Onondaga, New York, United States.
