When Owen Davis was born on 9 August 1882, in Salem, Utah, Utah, United States, his father, Henry Orson Davis, was 35 and his mother, Eliza Maria Ivie, was 40. He married Emma Elizabeth Allred on 16 March 1904, in Emery, Emery, Utah, United States. He lived in Ferron, Emery, Utah, United States in 1900. He died in 1914, at the age of 32.
