Valentine Seiler was born on 22 September 1759, in Tulpehocken Township, Berks, Pennsylvania, United States as the son of Christian Seiler and Anna Elisabetha. He married Margaret Zeller about 1776, in Jackson Township, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States. He died on 5 June 1834, in Bethel Township, Berks, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 74, and was buried in Hamlin, Bethel Township, Lebanon, Pennsylvania, United States.
