Antonio Galicia was born on 13 June 1876, in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico as the son of Jose Galicia and Maria Villada. He married Santos Villada Flores on 24 September 1903. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 9 March 1907, in his hometown, at the age of 30.
