Tamison Lounsbery was born on 24 January 1800, in Rensselaer, New York, United States as the daughter of Thomas Lounsbery and Polly Rodgers. She married John Conrad Neer on 2 August 1817. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 8 daughters. She lived in New York, United States in 1870. She died on 30 August 1871, in Ellicott, Chautauqua, New York, United States, at the age of 71, and was buried in Ellicott, Chautauqua, New York, United States.
