'Isileli Tali Fehoko was born about 1938, in Tonga. He married 'Ofa Koloi in 1958, in Nuku'alofa, Tongatapu, Tonga. He died in July 2008, in Pangai, Ha'apai, Tonga, at the age of 71, and was buried in Pangai, Ha'apai, Tonga.
