He married Thankful Elwell from January 1749 to December 1749, in Killingworth, New London, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died about 1762, in his hometown, at the age of 110, and was buried in Windsor, Hartford, Connecticut Colony, British Colonial America.
