When George Talbot was born in 1670, in England, his father, Gilbert Talbot, was 40 and his mother, Jane Flatsbury, was 42. He married Mary Fitzwilliam on 11 March 1719, in Longford, Shropshire, England. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 3 daughters. He died on 12 December 1733, at the age of 63, and was buried in Albrighton, Shropshire, England.
