When Siolofaga Magele was born about 19 May 1695, in Iva, Samoa, his father, Siolofaga Lotoa, Sr. Magele, was 36 and his mother, Galu Lemaola or Lemaota, was 36. He married Nola Tofilau on 12 July 1720, in Iva, Samoa. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 1 daughter. He died on 14 May 1781, in Savai'i, Samoa, at the age of 85, and was buried in Savai'i, Samoa.
