When Frances Parchall was born on 24 February 1771, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, her father, Dr Henry L Paschall, was 24 and her mother, Ann Garrett, was 18. She married Charles Lloyd on 8 March 1798. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 27 August 1857, in Elmwood, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, at the age of 86.
