When Margaretha Aescher was born on 27 March 1710, her father, Jakob Aescher I, was 42 and her mother, Magdalena Eschler, was 28. She married Christian Wyssmueller about 1727. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 3 daughters. She died on 30 November 1795, in Därstetten, Bern, Switzerland, at the age of 85, and was buried in Därstetten, Bern, Switzerland.
