She married Eleazer Woodworth on 8 September 1790. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 6 daughters. She died on 7 October 1851, in Bayham, Elgin, Ontario, Canada, at the age of 80, and was buried in Lakeview, Elgin, Ontario, Canada.
