When Eleazer Woodworth was born on 3 November 1768, in Cornwallis Township, Kings, Nova Scotia, British North America, his father, Silas Woodworth, was 43 and his mother, Sarah English, was 41. He married Mary Chute on 8 September 1790. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 6 daughters. He died on 5 July 1844, in Berwick, Kings, Nova Scotia, Canada, at the age of 75.
