She married Azariah Newcomb in 1781. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 6 daughters. She died in February 1804, in Malone, Franklin, New York, United States, at the age of 37, and was buried in Lime Rock Cemetery, Salisbury, Litchfield, Connecticut, United States.
