When Pemberton Randall was born on 6 October 1807, in New London, Connecticut, United States, his father, James Randall, was 28 and his mother, Joanna Pemberton, was 27. He married Maria Theresa Beebe in February 1834, in Ontario, New York, United States. He lived in Lafayette, Lafayette Township, Medina, Ohio, United States in 1880 and Minnesota, United States in 1891. He died on 4 January 1891, in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota, United States, at the age of 83, and was buried in Spring Grove Cemetery, Medina, Medina, Ohio, United States.
