When Fa'ahivalu Siavao was born in 1914, in Vava'u, Tonga, her father, Sione Siavao, was 72 and her mother, Saivao Vea, was 38. She died in 1932, in her hometown, at the age of 18, and was buried in Vava'u, Tonga.
