When Johann Georg Markmann was born on 17 March 1666, his father, Lorenz Markmann, was 35 and his mother, Anna, was 31. He married Mrs. Eva Markmann about 1690, in Landsberg an der Warthe, Brandenburg, Prussia, Germany. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 3 daughters. He died in 1780, at the age of 114.
