When Margaret Jackson Howard was born on 6 February 1817, in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, her father, Stott Howard, was 24 and her mother, Catherine Alice Babington, was 21. She married Richard Bayly about 1841, in Diocese of Ossory, Ireland. She died on 22 August 1845, in Carlow, County Carlow, Ireland, at the age of 28.
