Betsey Kyger was born in 1769, in Frederick, Virginia, United States. She married James John Beeler on 21 August 1808. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 3 daughters. She died on 5 December 1836, in Butler, Ohio, United States, at the age of 67, and was buried in Zion Meeting House Burying Ground, Oxford, Butler, Ohio, United States.
