When Thomas Mulloy was born about 1760, in Castlebar, County Mayo, Ireland, his father, Mulloy, was 27 and his mother, unknown, was 23. He married Lavinia Wyntje Snyder on 16 July 1785, in Albany, Albany, New York, United States. They were the parents of at least 4 sons and 6 daughters. He immigrated to Ontario, Canada in 1797. He died after 1846, in Albion, Peel, Ontario, Canada.
