He lived in Todd, Kentucky, United States in 1850 and Justice Precinct 1, Collin, Texas, United States for about 40 years. He died on 11 July 1904, in McKinney, Collin, Texas, United States, at the age of 88, and was buried in Pecan Grove Cemetery, McKinney, Collin, Texas, United States.
