When Anna Schiltknecht was born on 2 October 1640, in Horben, Thurgau, Switzerland, her father, Hans Schiltknecht, was 30 and her mother, Maria Buechi, was 26. She married Johannes Graf on 23 April 1665, in Bichelsee, Thurgau, Switzerland. They were the parents of at least 3 sons and 4 daughters. She died on 4 February 1687, at the age of 46.
