When Friedrich Hess was born on 6 July 1777, in German Flatts, Herkimer, New York, United States, his father, Frederick Hess, was 27 and his mother, Maria Eva Stahring, was 25. He married Eva Ittig in 1802. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 2 daughters. He lived in Camillus, Onondaga, New York, United States in 1850. He died on 9 April 1852, at the age of 74, and was buried in Camillus, Onondaga, New York, United States.

1781 · The First Constitution

Serving the newly created United States of America as the first constitution, the Articles of Confederation were an agreement among the 13 original states preserving the independence and sovereignty of the states. But with a limited central government, the Constitutional Convention came together to replace the Articles of Confederation with a more established Constitution and central government on where the states can be represented and voice their concerns and comments to build up the nation.
