When Sjunne Aradsson was born on 16 May 1751, in Remmarlöf, Harjager, Malmöhus, Sweden, his father, Arad Sjunnesson, was 28 and his mother, Ingar Svensdotter, was 42. He married Elsa Person on 17 October 1773, in Reslöf, Onsjö, Malmöhus, Sweden. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 3 daughters. He died on 6 January 1820, in Åkarp, Skåne, Sweden, at the age of 68, and was buried in Reslöf, Onsjö, Malmöhus, Sweden.
