When Henrik Davidsson Lönnqvist was born on 11 November 1798, in Hylletofta, Jönköping, Sweden, his father, David Hindricksson, was 31 and his mother, Lena Nilsdotter, was 26. He married Maja Lena Johannisdotter in 1831. They were the parents of at least 2 sons and 1 daughter. He died on 3 October 1875, in Bringetofta, Jönköping, Sweden, at the age of 76.
