When Jutta von Leiningen was born about 1355, in Palatinate, Bavaria, Germany, her father, Frederick VII of Leiningen-Dagsburg, was 32 and her mother, Jolanthe of Gulik, was 27. She married Rheingraaf Johann II Wildgraf von Dhaun-Grumbach on 13 October 1370. They were the parents of at least 5 sons and 4 daughters. She died in 1383, in her hometown, at the age of 29.
