When Pehr Nilsson was born on 13 July 1801, in Torrlösa, Onsjö, Malmöhus, Sweden, his father, Nils Pehrsson, was 28 and his mother, Karna Pehrsson, was 22. He married Anna Olson (Olsdotter) on 14 March 1832, in Asmundtorp, Rönneberg, Malmöhus, Sweden. They were the parents of at least 1 son. He died on 10 August 1872, in his hometown, at the age of 71, and was buried in Torrlösa, Onsjö, Malmöhus, Sweden.
