When Caspar Züricher was born on 19 November 1719, in Trub, Bern, Switzerland, his father, Elias Zürcher, was 29 and his mother, Barbara Leüe, was 28. He married Christina Aeschlimann on 10 September 1764. They were the parents of at least 1 son and 1 daughter. He died on 27 May 1767, at the age of 47, and was buried in Trub, Bern, Switzerland.
